The safety and reliability design of the double pump case enables the sheath to be used until it is nearly worn out, and when the sheath breaks down, the pump chamber will not enter the water.

　　WNQ type underwater pump adopts single pump shell and single stage single suction cantilever structure as a whole. The self-contained bracket lubrication mode is oil lubrication or water lubrication.

　　2. Easy to disassemble and repair.

　　WN (Q) dredging pump adopts the front disassembly structure, which is easy to disassemble and assemble for maintenance. At the same time, according to the structural characteristics of each component, special disassembly tools are equipped for disassembly and assembly.

　　The standard four-head trapezoidal thread connection is adopted between the impeller and the shaft, which not only transmits strong torque, but also facilitates disassembly and assembly. At the same time, there is an impeller disassembly ring at the Bush to facilitate the disassembly of the impeller.

They have strong impact resistance and high abrasion resistance at the same time. The newly developed new material of WN mud pump has a hardness of up to 70 HRC.

　　The shaft seal of 200WN-500WN dredging pump adopts mechanical seal, packing seal or composite seal with packing. The screw sleeve L-shaped rubber sealing device is used for the shaft seal of the dredging pump.
